As a
person who came up as a Christian listening to Commissioned and the Winans,
Men of Standard to me continue to carry the standard of contemporary Gospel
men's groups. This track has the signature calling cards of the Men of
Standard:
Love the percussion and drums, almost has that DC go-go type sound. Grabs your attention and keeps it all the way through. Of course the words are very encouraging. It's almost like an anthem of sorts. An encouraging word to the body of Christ to persevere through whatever challenges we may be facing.
It amazes me that that M.O.S. can get these harmonies together just being three voices! Regardless of whether I win a set a copy of this CD, I'm going to have a copy in my hand before the 31st because I'm picking it up Today! I've been waiting for another MOS jam for a long time!

My honest opinion is that it really is a “great song with a great beat”…, and that if the rest of the songs are half as good as “I Will” then I would definitely buy it and I can honestly say from beginning to end, it captured my attention because it immediately made my head start bobbing up and down and moving with the music..:)
So, what I am saying is this…it first captures you with the beat and music and then it captures you with the words - “I Will”. And it also made me think of the scripture in Isaiah 1:19 that says, “if you be willing and obedient…you will eat the good of the land”…and we all know that if “you will” then “God will” As the saying goes, “God’s not trying to get something from us, He’s trying to get our blessings to us”. And if we do that which He has commanded then we will get that which He promises in His Word and that which He has promised to us.
So, I truly believe that “I Will” is a “right now” song, by godly men (Men of Standard) who have “right now faith” that will definitely minister to all who listen right now! Keep up the great work and continual Blessings!

I love this song! It’s classic Men Of Standard style and I can't wait to get the new release. They've been rockin’ this song on Heaven 600 here in Maryland. The first time I heard it, I immediately called my hubby on the phone and told him to turn on the (radio) station. I also tivo'ed Men Of Standard a few weeks ago when they sang the song on Bobby Jones Gospel (at the Hard Rock Cafe). They really ministered. I'm a fan of Men Of Standard anyway. I was just rockin’ to the It’s A New Day CD the other day on my way to and from work. Looking forward to receiving the new CD

I was indeed impressed by the song "I Will" featured in the current BlackGospel.com promotion. The selection uniquely features a combination of contemporary, traditional and urban gospel...all in one song. Lyrically, the song encourages our basic responsibility to remain faithful, and hold on to the promises of God in good times and bad. As minister of Music at my church, I predict that this song will be sung by many male choruses. Men Of Standard....you've done it again!

This production is another solid one by Warryn Campbell. To be sincere, I wasn't expecting anything less from him. His production portfolio is one which makes me marvel and want to say "God Be Glorified!"
But this email isn't really about Warryn. It's about the single "I Will" by Men of Standard. It is indeed a track that will and has scored %100 by virtue of its title in every area: lyrics, vocal delivery and style. MOS are known for songs that address real issues that affect true believers and this one isn't an exception. What makes this one even more special is the fact that you can dance to it while you say "I Will" to God's Will!
And while I pray that God Almighty will continue to grant MOS His grace, anointing and all they need to continue to excel within the industry, I'm convinced this track will make it to the top! Don't you think it deserves a remix very soon, with a rap interlude?

Since they began singing, I’ve always loved Isaac and Lowell and their vocal athleticism! And this song proves that they are super powered men of God! When they were with (John P. Kee’s) New Life Community Choir, I truly enjoyed these guys to the hilt! They always allowed God’s anointing to flow through them and minister to His people. And I admire them so much for that. “I Will” is the “A bomb” to Gospel music. Do it, y’all, do it! God’s glory blowin’ up ya speakers! Much love in Christ!
