Effective immediately, Christopher Heron assumes the role of
Vice-President of Sales and Business Development for BLACKGOSPEL.COM.
Robyn McCollum, President and Chief Executive Officer, formally
confirmed the changes as part of company's strategic efforts to build
the web site's brand and business initiatives.
The placement of Heron in a senior executive role for BLACKGOSPEL.COM
follows his recent departure from GOSPELCITY.COM, a division of A.G.
Media Inc. where he served the company for four and a half (4 1/2)
years, including the last two years as Sr. Vice- President and
Vice-President of Sales & Business Development. Heron's experience also
includes 14 years in radio programming, Gospel entertainment management
and productions.
"BLACKGOSPEL.COM is gearing up for a new stage in operations,
services and profile", states McCollum. "The appointment of Christopher
Heron to head and oversee our sales and corporate initiatives, as well
as content development, certainly strengthens our infrastructure and
